Okay, we admit it. We love colorful / interesting statement walls. We may or may not have too many in our homes already. If that’s even possible … haha. If you want to add color or personality to your walls, here are 10 ideas to inspire you.
First on our list? This hand stamped clementine wall is perfect for a kitchen and really easy to make.
You could also create a star shape like Elsie did here. So cute in the nursery!
Here is a similar idea using a cactus stencil and gold leaf pen. So many options here!
Faint! Elsie taped parts of her wall and used bold primary colors to create this cheerful space.
Speaking of rainbow colors, Laura’s corner accent wall DIY is one of our popular posts popular ever. Makes sense! 🙂 You can hang simple wooden picture frames (Emma thrifted hers) on the wall for texture and dimension.
Use washi tape to create any shape or design (like this heart). And when you decide you want to change it, all you have to do is peel it off.
This open book wall from a Harry Potter inspired room is more themed, but so cool.
The look of wallpaper without the cost! Laura used this template to paint a geometric design on the walls of her dining room. Talk about a statement! She also painted a daisy design in her daughter’s bedroom and it turned out so cute.
Uhh !! One of our all-time favorites was this incredible fake wall unit in Emma’s office. No watering required – just a little dusting every now and then 🙂
Have fun doing it! Don’t be afraid to try something in your space that you love. xo, the ABM team.
