Maury Rutch, founder of Maury’s Music, is joining us this week for an open talk on running an independent guitar shop during a pandemic, his love for Martin guitars and his new short form podcast (The Maury’s Music Podcast). Rutch’s story is unique: he left a factory job in the late 1990s to sell bone saddles and guitar parts for Martins on eBay. Finally he added Martin accessories to the range of his shop and finally the guitars themselves. Maury gives us an open and honest insight into the ups and downs of a guitar shop, describes his perfect performance Martin and much more.
