“Nothing’s Impossible”, a duet between Dionne Warwick and Chance the Rapper, is here.
“For those of you who ask @chancetherapper about the song … well, it’s available NOW,” Warwick announced on Friday (November 26th) on Twitter.
“I have to tell you, I’m so excited,” Warwick said in a video she tweeted. “Yes, I am.”
The couple announced the song was in the works back in January after connecting on Twitter a month earlier. Warwick first got in touch by making fun of Chance with a few pointed comments posted on Twitter: “Hello @chancetherapper,” she wrote on Twitter on December 5th. “If you’re obviously a rapper, why did you say it? in your stage name? I can’t stop thinking about it. “
“I’m now Dionne the singer,” she decided in the following tweet.
Two charities are supported by their “Nothing’s Impossible” collaboration: SocialWorks, a Chicago-based nonprofit that founded Chance to Empower Youth through Art, Education, and Civic Engagement; and Hunger: Not Impossible, a text-based service of children and their families in need with prepaid, nutritious takeaway meals from local restaurants.
