Hilary Duff has a new title: Chief Mom Officer.
That how i met your father star has signed on to become Carter’s first-ever chief mom officer, the childrenswear company announced on Wednesday (May 18).
In her new role, Duff will work directly with Carter’s as Educational Advisor and Creative Director to create two limited edition capsule collections for babies and a few treats for moms. The 34-year-old actress lends her personal touch to the exclusive clothing and accessories collections. In addition, Duff will be compiling shopping guides with tips and tricks for moms and sharing other parenting content.
“While every mom is a chief mom officer in her own unique way, I’m honored that Carter chose me to represent the brand and be the ultimate champion for moms everywhere,” Duff said in a statement billboard. “I was inspired by Carter’s mission and commitment to inspiring parents and future generations. Motherhood is not easy, but it is incredibly rewarding and I hope through my partnership with Carter’s I can be a source of light and inspiration to others as we navigate our individual parenting journeys.”
The first Hilary Duff x Carter’s collection will be available on Carters.com and in stores in early fall. A second collection will appear early next year.

Duff has a 10-year-old son, Luca, who she shares with her ex-husband and former hockey player Mike Comrie. She also has two daughters, 3-year-old Banks and 1-year-old Mae, with her husband, musician Matthew Koma.
In her last nude photo shoot for Women’s Health Journal, Duff opened up about body confidence and motherhood. “I’m proud of my body,” said Duff. “I am proud that it has produced three children for me. I’ve gotten to a place where I’m at peace with the changes my body has been going through.” She added, “I also want people to know that there was a makeup artist who made my whole body glow put me in the most flattering position.”
