If you’re going on some holiday this season and need some easy Christmas cake decorating ideas, we’ve got them!
You don’t have to be a professional baker to make these cute ideas. You can also create these using a homemade cupcake and frosting recipe OR store-bought options.
Here are four easy Christmas cupcake ideas: Santa Claus, snowman, reindeer and a Christmas tree.

How to Make Snowman Cupcakes:
Spread white icing on top of cupcake and smooth with an offset spatula or spoon. Then, dip the cupcake in a bowl of white sprinkles or sugar sprinkles. Use black sugar pearls and a carrot sprinkle to frame the face.
How to Make Christmas Cupcakes:
You will need three colors for the frosting: white, red, and whatever skin tone you want your Santa to be.
Pipe a skin-colored oval shape into the center of the cupcake. Then whistle a white beard and a red hat on it. Then use sprinkles to add accents like a red nose (using a mini M&M), eyes, and white sprinkles on the hat.
How to Make Reindeer Cupcakes:
Pipe chocolate icing onto the cupcake. Then add eyeball sprinkles, a red nose, and mini pretzels for the antlers.
How to Make Christmas Tree Cupcakes:
Frost the top of a cupcake with green icing. Then add an ice cream cone on top and press it into the icing to keep it in place.
Pipe green icing along the outside of the cone and cover it like an evergreen tree. Then add white sprinkles for “Snow” or “Christmas Lights.”
