Mighty Poplar’s ten-track debut is out March 31, 2023 on Free Dirt Records and features bluegrass and bluegrass-inspired tunes from a variety of artists including John Hartford, Bob Dylan, Norman Blake and Leonard Cohen. Marlin taught himself “A Distant Land to Roam” after hearing it Hazel Dickens & Alice Gerards won’t you come and sing for me
