This is the most delicious fruit salad I’ve ever eaten. The honey-citrus dressing makes it sweet and slightly tart at the same time.
It’s the perfect salad for a summer brunch or picnic. My kids and I ate the whole bowl in one day!

How to Assemble Fruit Salad:
You can make this recipe several hours before serving, but if you have fruits that brown easily (bananas, apples), don’t cut them until just before serving. Keep a few of your prettiest fruits (I like the berries and kiwis) aside to layer on top after tossing the fruit together.
Cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a large bowl and mix them.
Pour the dressing over the fruit salad. Make sure there is no extra dressing at the bottom of the bowl. If so, drain it.
Chill before serving. It’s ideal to assemble the salad an hour or two before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
Crafting Tips:
- Use whatever fruit you have on hand. Feel free to swap out for seasonal fruits and customize it to suit your preferences.
- Don’t skip the dressing! The dressing makes this recipe and it’s worth the effort – I promise!
- You can make your salad up to four hours before serving, but if you’re using fruits that brown easily (like bananas or apples), save them for last.
