Along with Angourie Rice in the lead role and Christopher Briney playing Cady’s crush Aaron Samuels, the Mean Girls Reboot cast also features the return of Tim Meadows as Principal Duvall, Fey as math teacher Ms. Norbury, Jaquel Spivey and Auli’i Cravalho as Cady’s friends Janice Ian and Damian.
Bebe Wood also stars as Gretchen Wieners, the character whose dad invented the Toaster Strudel and who tried to make “fetch” happen, Avantika as Karen (“I’m a mouse, duh!”), and Reneé Rapp as the leader of the Plastics, Regina George. Busy Philipps, in the meantime, will play Regina’s mom and hopefully deliver some of Mean Girls‘ most hilarious lines (like the original “I’m not like a regular mom, I’m a cool mom.”).
