Singer-songwriter Sofia Wolfson was an MVP at the 2024 Fretboard Summit. She led a workshop on songwriting that attendees are still talking about and then went on to perform a solo set from her gorgeous 2024 album, Imposing on a Hometown.
Beyond that, Sofia has been a guest on our podcast and has more recently become a contributor to our print magazine (look for her feature on Adrianne Lenker in our 55th issue, out soon).
In a relatively short amount of time, she’s become an integral part of the FJ family. So we’re excited to announce that the Fretboard Journal is presenting two concerts where you can hear the Brooklyn-based artist perform here in the Pacific Northwest.
On Friday, January 10, 2025, Sofia will be performing at one of our favorite guitar stores, Strum in Portland, Oregon. Tickets are available here.
On Saturday, January 11, 2025, she’ll play in Seattle at the Rabbit Box Theater. Over the years, we’ve held numerous events at the Rabbit Box, including a Jake Eddy concert and a Mighty Poplar video shoot. Needless to say, we’re fans. It’s right inside the Pike Place Market.
