Morgan Wallen’s new album One after the other got off to a robust start in the US. The country set’s 36 songs generated 101 million official on-demand audio streams in the US on the album’s release day, March 3, according to initial reports from data-tracking firm Luminate, whose powers to know billboard‘s weekly charts.
For context, the largest US streaming Week for a country album is Taylor Swift’s first week Red (Taylor’s version), which amassed 303.23 million official on-demand audio and video streams for its 30 titles (in its first week ending November 18, 2021). The second-biggest streaming week for a country set is the debut frame of Wallen’s latest album. Dangerous: The double albumwhich garnered 240.18 million clicks for its 30 songs in its debut week ending January 14, 2021.
Additionally, One after the other sold over 60,000 copies on day one, mostly through digital album purchases. The set was released in only three retail editions: a digital album (both clean and explicit) and a double CD (explicit only). One after the other has yet to be released on vinyl, unlike Dangerous in its first week when it sold 6,000 copies.

One after the other This was preceded by the release of nine songs from the album, which dates back to April 2022. Four of these tunes were surpassed billboard‘s Hot Country Songs chart: “Don’t Think Jesus,” “Thought You Should Know,” “You Proof,” and “Last Night,” the latter of which has reigned for three consecutive weeks (until the most recently dated 4- ranking).
One after the other is Wallen’s first album since Dangerous: The double album, which debuted at the top of both the Top Country Albums chart and the all-genre Billboard 200. On the former, it has spent a record-breaking 96 weeks at #1, while on the latter, it has spent 10 weeks (all consecutive). on top. It has also amassed 108 non-consecutive weeks in the top 10 on the Billboard 200 (by the last published list of March 4) – the most weeks in the region among any albums by a single artist in chart history.
Dangerous closed 2021 as the #1 year-end album on the Billboard 200 and the most popular album of the year in the US as measured by Luminate’s equivalent album units.
Luminate’s current tracking week ends at close of business on Thursday, March 9th. One after the otherFinal first-week numbers are expected to be announced Sunday, March 12, along with his debut position on the multimetric Billboard 200 album chart (as of March 18). If One after the other debuts at #1 on the Billboard 200 and will top the charts after Wallen’s second set Dangerous.
The Billboard 200 chart lists the week’s most popular albums in the United States based on multimetric consumption measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate.
