Ingredients
- bananas – You can use fresh or frozen bananas for this smoothie. I used frozen. My favorite way to freeze them for smoothies is by slicing them before freezing.
- Frozen yogurt – Choose vanilla frozen yogurt or substitute Greek yogurt if you like.
- milk – I used almond milk. You can use your favorite non-dairy or regular milk.
- vanilla extract – I use vanilla extract in many of my smoothies. It’s delicious, flavorful and adds depth to smoothie recipes.
- Honey – As an optional ingredient, I like to drizzle honey over my banana smoothie just before serving.
